Can I host my party outside?

Yes. If the weather allows us to set the party outside.

Do you stay and host the parties?

Sometimes if it is needed or upon request. But usually we come to your house, set up the party and then leave. We return the day after to collect everything.

Is there a minimum age for the little ones?

Yes. Children must not be under 5 years of age. Children should be supervised at all times.

How are the tents cleaned?

We take great care in making sure everything is in pristine condition. After each use, the tents covers are washed in sensitive washing liquid and mattresses and cushions cleaned and disinfected.

How long is the hire period?

All tents and other hire items are set up on the day of the party at a mutually agreed time. The collection is made the day after no later than noon. It is generally no problem to extend the hire period when required but this will incur an additional cost.

Are the bedding and linen provided?

Yes, along with a mattress protector, duvet protector and pillow protectors. Also fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillow and duvet.

Is the bedding washed after every use?

Yes. we take the hygiene of our bedding very seriously. All bedding is washed and/or disinfected after each use. All bedding is washed in anti-bacterial and non-biological detergents and fabric softeners.

Are the tents available to buy?

Not at the present moment.

What kind of mattresses do you use?

We use nap mattresses with the no-worry, waterproof and easy to clean vinyl cover with CertiPUR-US foam certified phthalates free and non-toxic, made in Canada. Dimensions (L x W x H): 122cm x 62cm x 5cm (48in x 24in x 2in)

Do I need to supply power?

No. Our lights are battery-powered.

What Is your cancellation or change of date policy?

A minimum of 7 days’ notice must be given for requests to change the date of their hire booking or to cancel. The customer’s request can then be granted on the proviso that a preferred date is available. We will try to accommodate any changes whenever possible.

What happens if something gets damaged?

If items are damaged beyond repair, the cost of the replacement item will be taken from your deposit.

When do I need to Pay?

Payment in full is due 5 days before the agreed date of the party. 60% at least 8 days in advance. We accept bank transfer or Interac.

Do I need to wash any items?

No. We just ask that everything is left in the area where it was set up. Please also leave all the lights as they are as they can be easily broken if removed.

How much room do I need?

The measurements of our teepees are 1,20×1,20×1,55m. It is important that you know well the available space for all the tipis to fit in.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all Montreal, Montreal’s south and north shores. No problem if you’re outside this area but there may be a small fuel charge.

How long does it take to set up the whole decoration?

On average, our parties take about 60 to 90 minutes to set up. The exact time depends on the size of the parties.
